How to distinguish between roasted flowers and hand-painted patterns on custom-made ceramic cups
Porcelain cup decals are made by making an image into drawing paper and pasting on a ceramic cup. The hand-painting is handmade. The difference between the decal ceramic cup and the hand-painted ceramic cup is as follows:
1. Use a magnifying glass (usually the eyes are also very simple to distinguish) to see the markings on the picture. If there is a similar net pattern on the cloth, it is decal/paper.
2. The hand-painted do not exist completely the same, we can compare two identical cups, assuming that the picture is completely the same as decals.
3. It is difficult to differentiate the decals under the glaze of the blue and white ceramic cups. The hand-painted ones will have different shades due to different efforts, while the decals are difficult to achieve. It is also a primary reference. The pastel decals are all over-glazed, which is an excellent difference. Nowadays, there are also semi-hand-painted ones that are between decals and hand-painted. This is to paste lines and then fill in color or water. The above methods can also be different.
