What is baking technique
The baking technique is to make the color penetrate deeply (such as in the glass coated with a composite and reheated). After the porcelain is decorated, it must be baked in the oven to make the pattern of the flower firmly adhere to the porcelain. On the glazed surface, this kind of roasting is called “roasted flowers”.
During the period of the Republic of China, the equipment for roasting flowers was mainly red furnace. This kind of baking furnace is cylindrical in shape, and the furnace wall and bottom plate are sandwiched. The red furnace is divided into three types: large cylinder, two cylinder and shakuhachi. The depths are all about 3 feet 2 inches, but their inner diameters vary. The large cylinder is 3 feet, and the second cylinder is 2 feet 5 inches. Eight is 1 foot 8 inches. No matter what kind of red furnace, charcoal is used as fuel. The order of roasting flowers in the red oven is roughly as follows: install oven-oven-turn off
Take bowling products as an example. It can be installed from the bottom of the furnace to the mouth of the furnace, or it can be installed in two or three layers until it reaches the mouth of the furnace, but the layers must be flattened with saggers. When installing the furnace, each product must be simple and heavy, and must not be skewed; each product should be kept at a certain interval, and should not be squeezed together; when sealing the top, there must be 3 fire holes, the position is triangular, and the holes must be from the top Longitudinal through to the end, a larger exhaust port must be left between the holes.
First ignite a half basket of charcoal and pour people along the furnace mezzanine. After the charcoal is burned, add unburned charcoal and let it burn together with the charcoal that has been burned in the furnace. After all the surrounding charcoal is ignited and the flame comes up, add charcoal to the interlayer and gradually fill it up. The top exhaust port is sealed. After the charcoal is ignited, another large piece of burning charcoal is clamped to the top. After that, you must observe the fire color from the fire hole at any time, until the bottom is carmine red, and the upper part is orange-red, then the fire can be turned off. The baking time of each furnace is generally 5-6 hours.
The method is to first pick up all the charcoal from the grill, then let it cool naturally, and then take the product out of the furnace after cooling.
