These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Glavique Candleware website. By continuing to browse or use this website, you agree to these terms.
This website provides information about candle jar manufacturing, OEM development, samples, bulk production, quality inspection, packaging and export support. It is intended primarily for brands, importers, wholesalers, distributors, packaging suppliers and other commercial buyers.

Website Information
We aim to present candle jar specifications, production capabilities and procurement information clearly and accurately. However, website content is provided for general sourcing reference and does not constitute a binding production specification or sales contract.
Product photographs, dimensions, capacities, colors, finishes and packaging examples may vary according to:
- Production batches and manufacturing tolerances
- Glass forming and finishing processes
- Monitor and photography settings
- Mold availability and buyer specifications
- Logo, lid, accessory and packaging requirements
Final requirements should be confirmed through a quotation, specification sheet, approved sample, purchase order or written agreement.
B2B Inquiries and Quotations
Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase contract or require either party to proceed with an order.
A quotation is prepared according to the information supplied by the buyer, which may include jar dimensions, capacity, finish, quantity per SKU, logo artwork, lid, packaging, testing requirements, destination and shipping terms.
Prices, minimum order quantities, sample costs and lead times may change if the specification or order quantity changes. Quotations may also be subject to a stated validity period.
Samples and Pre-Production Approval
Samples are provided to confirm relevant details before customized bulk production. Depending on the project, approval may cover:
- Jar dimensions and capacity
- Glass color and surface finish
- Logo size, position and decoration
- Lid fit and accessory matching
- Label, box and carton specifications
Sample approval does not eliminate normal manufacturing tolerances. The approved sample and written specification should be used together as the production reference.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing samples and confirming any required corrections before mass production begins.
Orders and Production
An order becomes binding only after the commercial terms, product specification, quantity, payment arrangement and other applicable requirements have been accepted in writing.
Production lead times are estimates based on the approved specification, material availability, finishing complexity, order quantity and production schedule. Customized colors, new molds, complex decoration or special packaging may require additional time.
Any material change requested after sample approval or production scheduling may affect price, MOQ and delivery time.
Quality Inspection and Testing
Inspection requirements should be agreed upon before production. Routine checks may cover dimensions, appearance, finish consistency, logo position, lid fit, quantity and packing.
Thermal-shock, annealing-stress, heavy-metal, food-contact, packaging or other third-party testing may be arranged when required by the buyer or destination market. Related standards, sample quantities, laboratories, costs and acceptance criteria must be confirmed separately.
The buyer is responsible for identifying regulations and compliance requirements applicable to the intended product, candle formulation and sales market.
Packaging and Shipment
Packing methods are selected according to jar design, surface finish, order quantity and shipping route. Available arrangements may include individual protection, paper dividers, inner cartons, master cartons and palletizing.
Shipment terms, freight responsibilities, insurance, customs clearance and delivery arrangements are governed by the agreed quotation, invoice, purchase order or sales contract.
Delivery dates may be affected by carrier schedules, customs procedures, port conditions or other circumstances outside reasonable factory control.
Buyer-Supplied Materials
Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logo, artwork, trademark, drawing, photograph or packaging design submitted for quotation, sampling or production.
Glavique Candleware may use these materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate or complete the requested project. We reserve the right to decline content that appears unlawful, misleading or potentially infringing.
